The Good:
I received this machine from my office as a gift. The problem is that it is supposed to be used for our clients and customers, but I have been using it all by myself. This machine is so easy to use and makes coffee in 2 minutes. It’s so convenient, especially when one person comes into the office and wants a cup of coffee.
There’s no need to buy the K-cups because you can use your own grounds and make your own K-cups with a little device you can buy online.
The Bad:
This machine stopped working about 6 months after I bought it. Not good!!
